The hotel had a few ups and downs. The rooms were well arranged but the wait for the access card was a bit long, and unfortunately, they were not soundproof. On the bright side, the service was stupendous, with wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff, even though the club lounge service was slightly more approachable. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of key attractions, although the dining options were a bit limited and not very suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
The hotel boasts clean and excellent luxury design bathrooms, making it worth the price. The rooms, gym, and breakfast are top-notch. However, some service staff were unhelpful, but others made our stay exceptional.
The hotel used to be stylish, spacious, and splendid but has now downgraded to beige, boring, and budget. Despite this, it has all the modern features I could ask for and more space than my bedroom condo in Singapore. The cleanliness was not entirely up to par, but overall, it was exactly as advertised.
